In support of the Government’s Job Creation Scheme under the Anti-epidemic Fund, we are now inviting applications for the following position under a one-year fixed-term contract:

You will be responsible for:

• supporting the revenue cycle operation, including billing, possessing receipts, daily business receipts reconciliation and updating to the financial system on a timely basis;
• providing various revenue related analysis, including performance indicators;
• processing payment requests and preparing journal vouchers in a timely and efficient manner;
• assisting in month-end closing tasks and preparing financial schedules;
• providing financial support to the finance team in the day to day operations; and
• handling other administrative works including copying, filing and document management.

You should:

• possess a recognised university degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent and preferably in the course of pursuing a professional accounting qualification;
• have at least 1 year of relevant working experience in finance, auditing or accounting field;
• preferably have excellent skills in using financial / accounting applications and computerised accounting systems; and
• be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
