Job Description
Our client is looking for a suitable Accounting Officer.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing company cash flow
- Handle daily accounting and finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vouchers and general ledger on a timely basis
- Managing month-end closing, and financial analysis, statutory reporting, forecasting, management reporting;
- Ensuring internal controls and compliance with accounting and legislative requirements;
- Dealing with annual statutory audit, and external auditors;
- Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation
- Ad hoc projects from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holder in accounting with 1-3 years relevant experience (trading company experience will be advantage)
- Strong in problem solving and communication skills
- Strong in Excel skill
- A team player with can-do attitude
- Good command in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
- Less experience will consider as Accounts Assistant
