Responsibilities:

• Act as a Finance strategic partner of Business Line, formulation and implementation of financial strategies
• Oversee and manage operations of the finance department, ensuring standards and rules are well implemented
• Regular budget and forecasts consolidation and preparation
• Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice
• Prepare P&L analysis, and assist in the development of strategic planning
• Provides timely and accurate management reports for internal (Business Line/Corporate) and external (partners) purposes
• Provide high level financial reporting and analysis for the Group
• Provide financial expertise to assist operations on cost analysis and cash flow management
• Safeguards company assets and maintain internal control in consistent with corporate policy
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform ad-hoc reports/projects as assigned by senior management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Qualified CPA
• A minimum of 8 years financial analysis experience gained at a sizeable business preferred
• ERP system implementation experience and/or experience in MNC/Construction/Engineering Companies /Property Developer would be an advantage
• Agile, self-motivated, proactive, detailed-mind and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
• Well-developed leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and leadership are essential attributes
• Proficiency in Google and MS Office applications
• Good understanding of IFRS GAAP and solid Excel skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
