Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records
• Handle recruitment and screening, new staff orientation
• Assist in reviewing and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures
• Demonstrate office administrative duties
• Responsible for monthly payroll (MPF) and other Finance functions
• Support other ad-hoc projects when needed

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 2 years Admin or HR experience
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
• Solid Excel and Computer skill
• Proactive, responsible and detail-minded
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of written Chinese and English
