As a member of the Business Performance team, you will support commission calculation, reporting function and performance tracking for both Retail and Channel Sales.

Your role

• Prepare sales performance tracking and commission report
• Handle sales data and generate performance presentation for management review
• Generate daily/monthly sales performance and KPI reports
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from Internal Stakeholders
• Participate in development of the team's task flow
• Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor/managers to meet business objectives

To succeed in this role

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Business Administration/Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, Telecommunication industry is preferable
• Proficient in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint & SQL
• Visual Basic & Excel/Access Macro knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle pressure and meet tight deadline
• Willing to work on detailed task
