What are your responsibilities?

•          Manage Finance team to perform all aspects of finance and accounting functions in the group, including financial control, audit, financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
•          Partner with the other members in the leadership team to formulate strategies for delivering against financial targets
•          Prepare regular forecast and analysis to monitor business performance
•          Drive improvements and efficiencies, and raise financial awareness across the business
•          Implementing policies, procedures & guideline to improve the operation efficiency

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• Qualified Accountant holder (HKICPA or ACCA)
• At least 8 years of working experience in Accounting related fields in a sizable organization and at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial level
• Experience working in a travel agents is highly preferred
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin
