Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle general bookkeeping (data entry, filling, scanning and preparing invoice)
- Prepare monthly accounts on income and expenditure
- Assist secretarial and administrative work
- Maintain employee’s record, data and files
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in accounting;
- 1-year relevant experience would be preferred (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing (experiences in using Peachtree is advantage)
- Immediately available is preferred.
