Responsibilities:

• Handle general bookkeeping (data entry, filling, scanning and preparing invoice)
• Prepare monthly accounts on income and expenditure
• Assist secretarial and administrative work
• Maintain employee’s record, data and files
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting;
• 1-year relevant experience would be preferred (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing (experiences in using Peachtree is advantage)
• Immediately available is preferred.
