Job Description

Job Duties
- Supervise a team to support AP function of the group
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Ensure daily transactions are accurately and timely recorded and accounted for
- Assist in revamp of payment related systems including but not limited to process design, reports development, integration with ERP system and testing
- Assist in continuous processes streamline and system automation
- Ensure standard of procedures is properly followed
- Assist the interim/annual audit and liaise with external auditor
- Eligible for job rotation to other roles in Finance department for career development depending on performance and availability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
- HKICPA/ACCA qualified
- At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably from real estate industry or property management company; Big 4 accounting firms experience is a plus
- High proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel functions, experience in Power BI, SQL, MS Macros or Dynamic 365 is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork spirit and demonstrate ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
- Candidates with less experience or qualification may be considered for the Assistant Accountant position
Remuneration
We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
