Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily treasury operation duties including reconciliation cash accounts, settle payments timely and intercompany settlements and ensure full compliance with company policy.
- Work closely / liaise with other departments on the issues related to accounting/operations and provide support if necessary.
- Support the opening and maintenance of bank accounts.
- Bookkeep for treasury & investment related entries.
- Prepare month, ad hoc treasury & investment reports/presentations.
- Assist in streamlining the accounting process and workflow to improve efficiency.
- Handle financial closing and prepare month-end reconciliations and schedules in timely manner.
- Liaise with external auditors for the annual audit and ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ relevant working experience.
- Good problem solving and presentation skill.
- Able to work independently.
- Diligent and proactive.
- Numerical sensitive with analytical mindset and meticulous attention to details.
- With qualified accountant or pursuing CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
