Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administration support to the team

• Update data and documents on the system

• Assist daily office operation (preparation and submission of documents to different stakeholders)

• Follow up incoming documents and maintain related records

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Working experience in office administration preferred

• Previous experience in CPA firm will be a definite advantage

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, well organized, detailed-minded and self-motivated

5 days work with 14 days annual leave, 1 day birthday leave and medical allowance.
