Responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead a team of people for specific segments of accounting activity
• Ensure the daily sales reconciliations interface with SAP and POS are properly updated and accurately
• Handle Tenant and Consignment sales and receivables in timely manner
• Participate in the system development project and streamline the daily operation flow
• Preparation of month / year end closing, account schedule and report.
• Assist in sales/statutory audit and tax filing
• Review, suggest and implement workflow improvements of the team in order to enhance internal operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage and handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting and other related disciplines
• Member of HKICPA or ACCA
• Minimum of 6 years working experience in commercial industry in which at least 3 years in supervisory level, gained in retail industry is a must
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, preferably with SAP experience.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and being a good team player, able to meet tight deadlines
