Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality and timely payments and cash management
• Support the Manager in performing management accounting reporting, analyses, planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Performs account reconciliation and month end accruals for various accounts
• Review the bank accounts reconciles as appropriate and sign off the payment preparations
• Responsible for accounting functions including voucher preparation and prepare regional monthly reporting
• Support regional internal and statutory audits assignments
• Support regular and ad-hoc business analytical requirements

Requirements

• Degree holder in accounting or related discipline
• At least 3 years of regional accounting experience
• Professional accounting qualification (i.e. HKICPA, CPA or ACCA) is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, incorporating the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
