Responsibilities:

• Preparation of payment and verification of supporting documents.  
• Handle account payable to vendor and account receivable to customer
• Arrange payment and remittance  
• Transfer payment at bank
• Manage month-end closing
• Assist in different reporting
• Handle some office administrative issue
• Perform any ad hoc projects/ assignment when necessary
• To support monthly physical stock take
• To support office administration issue

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher Diploma in accounting or above
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience
• Good command in English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Good PC Sill in MS Office (Wor, Excel), ERP & web banking
• Detail minded and able to work under pressure and independently
• Immediate available is preferred
