Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the IT and Finance & Accounting functions of the Group;
• Drive the Company to achieve the financial targets by recommending and developing financial plans and projections;
• Provide financial insights for new initiatives/investments with feasibility study and financial models;
• Manage investors relations and other listing requirements for LH Group as a listed company of HKEx.;
• Drive innovative technology solutions and IT enhancement projects that will enhance the operating efficiency, customer service loyalty and revenue growth;
• Optimize the technology resources and recommend future technology direction and new technology initiatives;
• Provide guidance and directions to the accounting and IT teams in establishing plans, strategies and policies;
• Influence operational decision making and strategy through insightful analytics to drive the strategic planning process and to execute business transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of solid and global experience in sizable MNC, preferably with M&A experience
• Solid experience in system implementation is a must;
• A personal interest in F&B;
• Bachelor degree holder in Accountancy/Computer Science/Information System or related disciplines, MBA holder is preferable;
• Strong business sense, proven management, interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Equipped with strong analytical skill, problem solving ability, independent thinking, critical & business mindset, and passion to drive efficiency.
