•       Work in a team for IPO and due diligence projects and other advisory engagements.
•        Assist in reviewing historical trends, significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods and perform other analysis on financial results of clients’ companies.
•        Assist report any findings to senior members and assist in the preparation of reports and other deliverables.
•        Assist in conducting regulatory and compliance reviews with reference to regulatory requirements and relevant policies and procedures.
•        Assist in providing support to clients regarding accounting matters, regulatory regimes, listing rules and related regulations.
•        Assist in preparing business plans, IPO business proposals and developing effective business relationships with clients.
•        Participate in public offerings, listings, due diligence, and private placements.
•        Keep up to date on regulatory developments; and
•        Handle ad hoc matters assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed, experience in accounting or audit field is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, highly proactive, manage deadlines and able to work as a team player.
• Hard working, well organized & willing to learn; An enquiring mind with a good eye for detail; Strong desire to take challenges and make success on career life.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel experience; Be responsible and confident, communicate well with people at all levels.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Immediately available is preferred.
