Responsibilities

• To handle daily operation in Receipt cycle, including preparation of vouchers and data entries
• Daily update the Sales reports for respective shops
• To prepare summaries tables of Petty cash for respective shops
• To handle accounting entries of purchase invoices, print cheques & prepare payment vouchers
• Data entries for accounting aspects and monthly reports
• Perform ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• HKCEE / DSE or above with LCCI Intermediate, 2 years relevant experience for accounting clerk
• Must be self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and good sense of responsibility
• Knowledge in Flex Accounting system is highly preferred
