My client is the family office of one leading Chinese company, it is the core overseas investment platform and its key business includes investment and asset management activities in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Australia, Macau and Hong Kong. 

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and interface with third party service providers and auditors

Perform other daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and reporting functions

Prepare investor capital calls, distributions and capital statements

Assist with tax structuring for new investments or divestment (where necessary)

Review tax filings and ensure tax compliance of offshore and Hong Kong entities;

Assist with ad-hoc business requests and projects
