About the Company

Our client is an international services company. Currently, they are recruiting a Finance Director to lead the finance team for one of their core business units in Hong Kong.

About the Role

Reporting to the CFO, you will be the Finance Director for one of the core business units. You will lead sizable accounting teams for financial management. You will ensure reporting meeting statutory compliance. You will oversee treasury and taxation and facilitate annual audit. Also, you will drive process streamlining and system enhancement initiatives. You will involve in budgeting, forecasting and partner with the General Manager for business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Chartered Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent)
• At least 15 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
• Experience in leading sizable accounting teams
• Track record in streamlining accounting process and upkeeping financial compliance
• Excellent leadership and business partnering skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
