Responsibilities :

• Carry out daily treasury activities
• Responsible for various accounting and finance functions and meet tight deadlines of month-end closing, prepare schedules
• Maintain accurate accounting records and control process flow
• Prepare reports including annual budget, variance report, client profitability analysis and etc.
• Assist in handling external audit
• Perform ad hoc assignments, company secretarial matters and administrative duties as required

Preferred experience /  skills :

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting is preferred
• Holder of LCC Level 3 Certificate
• At least 8 years+ relevant hands-on working experience
• Mature, independent, pleasant with good manner and interpersonal skills
• Detail minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A flexible, goal oriented and positive mentality with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
• Good at written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
• Familiar with business internet banking
• ERP user experience is definitely a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant. On-the-job training will be provided
• Immediate available will be an advantage
