Job Duties

• Monthly Closing

  • Sales analysis by market and by product line, effect analysis by distribution mix and the product mix
  • COGS booking based on inventory movement
  • Purchase Price variance analysis and reconciliation
  • Working capital and Non-Working Capital analysis vs. budget
  • Provide reports D+2/ Sales, D+4/Margin and D+6/full P&L with value added comments

• Rolling Forecast Update
  • Standard margin simulation and comparison
  • Risk identification on invoiced volume and feedback to different stakeholders
  • Sourcing variance update
  • SMS margin simulation and liability analysis
  • Estimate inventory balance and movement
  • Prepare AR/AP balance in working capital and non-working capital
  • Cashflow statement update
• System Reconciliation/ Update
  • Purchase & sales interface reconciliation between systems (Orliweb,SAP, Hyperion)
  • FOB price checking on the production order
  • Standard cost Maintenance
  • Sell ex. update according to group instruction
  • Credit note issuance
• Supply Chain Process Flow Up
  • Weekly projected delivery update
  • Inventory report/ shortage flow up
  • Leftover and cancellation volume analysis
  • Sales freight cost analysis
  • Yearly Stocktaking facilitate

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance.  Qualified accountant is a plus.
• 2-5 years working experience in financial analysis or costing areas
• Proficient in MS Office : Excel and Power-point , familiar with SAP and Hyperion/HFM
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Great communication and analytical skill
• Well-organized, detail-minded, result-oriented
• Capable of working under pressure and tight timeline
• Immediately available is preferred
