KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Manager to perform the month end closing and management reporting including yearly budget and rolling forecast
• Responsible for preparing expense journals consist of payroll and rental schedule satisfied IFRS16 lease accounting standard
• Handling the accounting operations including Accounts Payable
• Ensure timely, accurate and completed vendor payment which complied with company policy and internal control standards
• Assist to implement and streamline the workflow to promote efficiency
• Collaborate with different stakeholders within the organization
• Assist in Year-end external audit, internal audit and tax filing
• Support Ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience preferably from retail or wholesale sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Word & MS Excel
• Working experience with SAP will be advantageous
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
• Immediate available is preferred
