Major Responsibilities:

• Provide data analytics support for various business strategy
• Participate in internal control and governance improvement initiatives
• Perform group level consolidation and provide monthly business analytical review
• Provide backup for daily bookkeeping if necessary
• Support group level audit
• Support corporate secretarial work
• Support treasury function
• Provide daily operational support to Senior Management
• Work with cross functional teams across different regional offices
• Perform intergroup reconciliations and resolves any discrepancies
• Maintain financial records
• Handle ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related discipline
• Professional qualifications such as HKICPA or equivalent will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in related field
• Experience with property investment companies preferred
• Experience with bookkeeping, financial controls, finance operations and consolidations
• Working knowledge of Flex System and/or Flex Account is a plus
• Working knowledge of Window office system (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Accountant
