Description

• Provide leadership across the company's M&A activities from initial evaluation through deal execution to post-deal integration activities
• Autonomy to lead and run a deal from beginning to end
• Developing existing relationships and building new ones
• Management and mentoring of analysts and associates
• Leading client meetings and pitches; and providing strategic advice and proposals

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
• Working experience relevant to in-house / M&A consulting
• Solid post-investment or related experience
• Familiar with cross border M&As and is familiar with the entire M&A life cycle
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong English and Putonghua language skills - written and verbal
