Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all-round administrative duties and provide clerical support in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform secretarial duties and personal support to the management
• Handle accounts payable, Invoicing, data input and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, holder of LCCI Higher Certificate is preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sizable organization
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred

The working location is at Kwun Tong (King Yip Street).
