• Assist superior to deliver timely and accurate management reports including budget & forecast analysis.
• Prepare general vouchers and is responsible for month-end schedules
• Assist in preparing financial reports & management reports such as consolidating P&L, KPI & income analysis, etc.
• Assist in periodic stock take.
• Provide administrative and accounting support to Finance & Accounts team.
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• College graduate or finalist in accounting professional body
• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Good computer knowledge, strong in Excel is a must.
• Practical experience in using Epicor/Sage program is preferred.
• Good language skills in Chinese, English, and Mandarin.
• Good communication skills, able to work under pressure.
• Occasional travel is required.
• Less experience will be considered as "Account Clerk".
