Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Finance team to perform all aspects of finance and accounting functions in the group, including financial control, audit, financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare regular forecast and analysis to monitor business performance.
- Drive improvements and efficiencies, and raise financial awareness across the business.
- Perform business performance and other strategic financial analysis, and provide insights to management in support of driving business achievements.
- Formulate and ensure proper enforcement of financial policies and processes, including financial compliance.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as and when required.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of finance or accounting work experience. Big 4 experience is preferred.
- Prior working experience from manufacturing industry is preferred.
- University degree holder with HKICPA or ACCA qualification is a must.
- Track record in managing sizable teams is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills are a prerequisite.
- Proactive self-starter and hands on executive who is able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced working environment.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
