Job Description

This position will focus primarily on reporting and analysis for the organization. The ideal candidate is very motivated and willing to take on challenges, multi-task to succeed, and can work independently and with minimal oversight. This role will be responsible for financial analysis, developing reports, designing forecast templates, and analyzing data. Act as a liaison to multiple internal workgroups and other business units.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the annual budget
  • Prepare monthly rolling P&L forecast and variance analysis. Follow up on the achievement of P&L targets.
  • Develop a product costing model, product margin analysis, OPEX analysis, KPI monitoring
  • Work with IT to improve reporting processes and develops effective reporting tools for users.
  • Prepare presentations and visual aids to help illustrate data in ways that are appropriate to the audience. Present information in an easy-to-understand communication approach including oral presentations and written communications.
  • Assist Finance Manager/Finance Director in the preparation of ad-hoc analysis and management report
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in finance and accounting functions, preferably in management accounting
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Assistant Financial Analyst"
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in Logistic company is a plus
  • Responsible, detail-minded, strong analytical, work with a team on tight deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, experience in handling SAP is a plus
