• To prepare monthly sales reports and journals for month end closing
• To assist in preparation of combined management accounts, schedules and financial reporting packages
• To handle customers' enquiries on sales invoices / monthly statements
• To participate in the statutory annual audit, prepare schedules to auditors and other tasks need to complete the audit
• To participate in annual budget preparation
• To perform ad hoc assignments as necessary and/or assigned

•  Diploma graduate in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong analytical & communication skills 
• Self-motivated to drive for excellence service
• Well-organized, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Proficient in MS Office applications, experience in accounting systems, like SAP, Oracle or Kingdee system is highly preferred
• Immediately available is highly preferred
