Job Description
About the role:
- Assist in daily financial management, accounting, financial analysis and other related financial services
- Assist in prepare monthly financial reports to HQ in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist in prepare and exterminate of the company's General Ledger, Subsidiary Ledger, Cash Journal and Deposit Journal
- Perform month-end closing in SAP, analyze GL to ensure proper accounting treatment
- Assist in establish and improve accounting and financial management systems
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager
You are the perfect one if you are/have:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, or in any relevant field
- Welcome fresh grad
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple parties
- Independent, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
