Head of FP&A (F&B)

Our client is a well known food and beverage company. To cope with their expansion in Hong Kong, they are now inviting high caliber candidates to join their team as a Senior Finance Manager.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis and ERP system implementation
• Act as a Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team responsible for the statutory, financial reporting, management reporting, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting for Hong Kong operations
• Act as a business partner with respective department heads to provide financial insights
• Responsible for the ERP system implementation project
• Ensure finance operations comply with IFRS and company standard
• Conduct KPI analysis to measure business operation performance and identify the areas of improvement
• Perform ad-hoc task as required by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting or Financial related discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in financial analysis or management reporting
• F&B/Hospitality industry experience is an advantage
• Member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification is a must
• ERP system implementation experience is a plus
• Good team player with a strong analytical mind and supervisory skill
• Strong business sense and ability to dig deep to understand the business performance drivers
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, accounting software
• Fluent communication in spoken and written English & Chinese
