Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting operations, including account receivable, account payable, and payments settlement related activities
- Handle month-end closing entries and reports, including preparation of bank reconciliation and general entries, etc
- Assist in annual inventory taking
- Assist in the annual auditing and tax preparation
- Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Associate degree holder or above in Finance and Accounting
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in accounting, fresh graduate is welcome
- Familiar with MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word)
- Experience in accounting software, MYOB experience is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong senses of responsibility
- Immediate availability is most preferred
