Responsibilities:

• Full set of Accounting functions e.g Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Monthly financial statements, etc
• Ensure payments are supported and approved in compliance with internal policies
• Responsible for petty cash & expenses claims and payment transaction
• Responsible for preparing aging reports of accounts receivables and accounts payables
• Prepare month-end closing and monthly reconciliation
• Assist in fixed assets register and prepare the fixed assets and depreciation schedules and journal voucher

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• At least 1 years accounting experience
• Pro-active, self-motivated, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
