Job Description
We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily reconciliation on receiving reports and F&B purchase invoice
Prepare regular reports (including weekly flash report, daily F&B sales breakdown and monthly canteen meal costing)
Calculate daily F&B transfer for inter-kitchen and in-house senior staff
Prepare for recipe costing of menu items
Assist on the costing audits (including menu price checking, yield test, blind tasting and butcher testing)
Perform food and beverage consumption analysis through receiving reports in SCM
Work closely with food procurement team and assist SCM system enhancement
Attend month-end food and beverage stock-take
Assist in quarterly operating equipment stock-take and reconciliation reports
Assist in managing and helping the operation of Food & Beverage receiving department
Being the witness of the open tendering process
Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management and Catering or Accounting is preferred
Minimum 3 years work experience in Food & Beverage Cost Control
Have a gentle character and willing to listen and communicate with others
Good command in both English and Cantonese
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Flex System and SCM System
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Food & Beverage Cost Controller
