Job Description
Job Scope
- Monitor the group's Financial Management and Financial accounting
- Oversee the forecasting ,budgeting and financial analysis
- Conduct and manage due diligence review in respect of acquisitions and assist in relevant negotiations
- Monitor the consolidation as well as taxation, annual audit and strategic plans
- Implementing policies, procedures & guideline to improve the operation efficiency
- Maintain and develop proper internal control framework
- Liaise with BOD and external stakeholders
- Evaluate different business models for both organic and external growth opportunities
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with ACCA or CPA
- Minimum 12-15 years working experience in Chinese state owned enterprise
- At least 8 years supervisory experience
- Proven track record in leadership roles
- Strong business acumen, strong adaptability and able to work with senior management
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, particularly Mandarin
