• Prepare and process payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Prepare day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Perform other duties as assigned

•  Diploma holder or above in Accounting or related discipline
• 1-3 relevant working experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
• Proficiency in MS Office
