Head of FP&A

Our client is a leading organization, which plays a vital role in the technology, ERP, digital, transformation, cloud solution. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as a Head of FP&A position to work closely with the growing team.

Salary: approx. HK$ 1.2M to 1.7M per annum

Job Summary:

• Leading a team of 3 to 4, responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting
• As a key member of the financial planning and analysis team to provide analytical support and advice to company strategic planning

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the financial and strategic planning process
• Provide value-added reports, analyses, recommendations to the business
• Conduct business and financial performance review on a monthly basis
• Work closely with different business units during the budgeting and forecast process
• Identify and monitor key business drivers, track and report on the impact
• Develop business models for management's decision
• Take initiatives to lead process/system enhancement and implementation projects
• Ad hoc project as required

Requirement:

• A degree in accounting, finance or related field with recognised accounting qualification
• 10 years of relevant experience, in which at least 5 years of solid experience in FP&A
• Industry experince in IT /Telecommunication /SaaS is a MUST
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills, attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer literacy in using Excel, PowerPoint and Words
