Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for performing accounts receivable functions including  issuance of invoice & collection , statement of accounts to clients ;
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivable and follows up delinquent accounts and bad debts ;
• Monitors customers’ payment behavior and prepare relevant documents and revenue forecast ;
• Work closely with internal departments and liaise with external parties;
• Prepare month and year end closing on deadline;
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Timely submission of monthly management reports;

 Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder in Accountancy or in any relevant field with minimum 5 years or above relevant experience ;
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel & Words ;
• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin ;
  Strong sense of responsibility, work independently and meet tight deadline ;
• Strong analytical, inter-personal and negotiation skills ;
  
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics O365 is a plus ;
  
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Accounting Assistant ;
• Immediately available is preferred.
