Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement ongoing end to end process improvement with an aim to drive standardization and efficiency across geographies and business groups

• Manage and drive project progress and apply project management methodologies including project plans, risk mitigation, issue tracking and communication plans etc.

• Work collaboratively with cross-domain counterpart to develop detailed work plans, deliver status, meet deadlines, meet or exceed quality standards

• Drive strategic planning activities such as strategy development, KPI setting and communications, organization structure optimization

• Interacts with senior executives to drive or influence on significant matters

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance or related subjects

• Above 5 years of experience in one or more: Consulting, Implementing regional finance project operations or business process transformation and/or multiple regions/global project management

• CPA, CMA or CFA equivalent is plus

• Knowledge in SAP, SFDC, Qlik, Power BI, Anaplan is plus

• Certification in lean six sigma and project management is plus

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with wide range of stakeholders

• Able to deliver good results in a fast-paced, demanding environment

• Self-motivated and be able to motivate team

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
