Responsibilities

•        Report to COO.
•        Handle management reporting for different operating units (investment SFC License #4 & #9 / Insurance broker)
•        Responsible for cash resources planning and tax planning.
•        Supervise daily treasury activities including cash flow and liquidity management, settlement and payment control, bank account operations and maintenance.
•        Responsible for full set of accounts & overall day-to-day financial operations
•        Prepare regular financial analysis, management reports, annual budgets and forecast, etc. with value-added analyses and recommendations
•        Prepare consolidation of the Group and its subsidiaries
•        Liaise with internal & external parties, including clients, banks, tax authorities, auditors & service providers, etc
•        Perform updates on accounting standards and tax related topics for HK to ensure compliance of corporate policies and statutory requirements
•        Participate in ad hoc projects.

 Requirements

•        Degree or above in Accounting/ Finance or recognized relevant qualification.
•        Part/full qualified accountant with CPA/ACA/ACCA or relevant industry qualification is preferred
•        At least 3 years or above finance experience (investment industry preferred)
•        Analytical, detail-minded with good business sense.
•        Devoted with good leadership and people management skills.
•        Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•        Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
