Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts of certain group companies including accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc.
• Responsible for daily accounting operations of certain group companies, including preparation of invoices, vouchers, monthly reports, cash management and bank reconciliations
• Assist in preparation of group consolidation and financial reporting
• Assist in interim review and annual audit preparation
• Liaise with auditors and tax authorities on audit and tax issues
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting working experience
• Knowledge of Flex System is an advantage
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Proactive and able to work under pressures to meet tight deadlines
• Independent, detail-oriented, responsible & with good time management
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer
