A reputable property investment company is looking for a treasury expert to bring impacts to the company

Your new role

• Lead the team to handle cash management for the group
• Prepare regular treasury reporting package for management review
• Lead in cash-flow forecasting on a weekly/ monthly basis
• Lead projects for business process re-engineering & system enhancement
• Review and maintain sound internal control throughout the payment process
• Participate in finance transformation and financial process enhancement
• Developed/ update policies and procedures for Treasury function
• Lead/ assist in bank loans negotiation, loan documentation, loan draw-down and on-going loan compliance

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines
• Professional accounting qualification is preferred
• At least 8 years of working experience in treasury function in sizeable corporations, preferrable property developers with project in PRC
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial management and treasury operations
• Solid experience in finance system, e-payment platforms & system implementation
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
