Job Description
Requirement:
- Diploma in accounting or equivalent
- Familiar with MS Excel (pivot table, vlookup), word and Chinese word processing
- Mature, Responsible and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
Responsibility
- Perform daily accounting transactions including data entry, document filing
- Validate supplier invoices and prepare payment to suppliers
- Prepare receipt, payment and journal vouchers
- Prepare documents for bank financing
- Prepare bank reconciliation and update daily bankbook
- Assist in month end closing and prepare accounting schedules
- Handle ad-hoc assignment
