Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting duties including data entry, preparing vouchers, bank reconciliation, bank payments and remittance
• Arrange payments and compute bank reconciliations 
• Handle staff reimbursement and ensure expense is with proper approval
• Provide clerical support and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
• Proficient in Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage
• Diligent and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin
• Fresh graduate with general accounting knowledge will be also considered
