Head of Business Planning and Analysis

About the Company

Our client is a fast-expanding Hong Kong company with multiple business units serving corporate and retail clients in Hong Kong. To cope with their business development, they are now recruiting a Head of Business Planning and Analysis in their group finance team.

About the Role

Reporting to the CFO, you will head up the Business Planning and Analysis Division and lead a sizable team. You will work closely with Business Heads and be responsible for the financial planning and budgeting process. You will conduct regular review on the Group and Business Units' performance and prepare consolidated reports and present risks and opportunities to senior management in monthly management meetings. You will help to develop financial and operational KPIs for performance tracking, build financial models to evaluate different business cases for organic and inorganic growth. Also, you will review and improve financial and operational policies and procedures and support system implementation initiative.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment, Economics or equivalent
• At least 10 - 15 years of relevant finance experience
• FP&A experience from multiple business sectors/ conglomerate is required
• Finance transformation experience is a plus
• Confident, commercial, agile and able to multi-task
• Able to lead a sizable and expanding team
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
