• Responsible for daily/weekly accounting clerical duties such as cheque issues and data inputs, etc.
• Prepare and maintain records on receipts, payments and journals
• Handle internal sales report
• Prepare monthly reports and budget
• Conduct and confirm payment process and monthly bank reconciliations
• Work with account department for month-end and year-end closings
• Manage general office administration work
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

• F5/DSE or above with LCC higher or equivalent qualification
• 1 year working experience in accounting field
• Sensitive to figures and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office,and good mastery of excel reporting
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Work independently, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded, meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Working Location : Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
