Responsibilities:

• Provide regular reports on financial performance and variance analysis relative to budget.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and tie that to the monthly reporting processes.
• Review Budget & Forecast from branches and consolidate.
• Be responsible for checking and reviewing monthly end closing reports including P&L, B/S and cash flow report
• Analyze business development and productivity
• Cash-Flow analysis and projections
• Involve in projects such as operation and finance system replacement and updating
• Prepare finance meeting presentations and materials
• Other affairs assigned by the CFO

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management. Relevant accounting qualification
• More than 5 years’ experience in financial analysis and reporting, strong analytical skills
• Freight forwarding background preferred
• Familiar with IFRS, PRC GAAP and finance report consolidation
• Familiar with major financial system applications and databases
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Big 4 audit firm background preferred
• Result-oriented, have good cooperation and communication skills and team spirit
