Job Description
The position will handle daily accounting duties of our companies in Hong Kong, Macau, Korea and China.
Qualifications
- Secondary School graduate or holder of relevant diploma in relevant academic background
- 2 - 4 years working experience in handling daily accounting duties
- Experience in billing processing would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in using Microsoft Offices, for example, Excel and Word
- Must be proactive and possess strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good working attitude, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated and good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Description
- Handle accounting transactions for various subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Macau, Korea and China (A/R, A/P and GL)
- Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports and ad-hoc reports
- Assist in performing daily billing operation e.g. billing, credit control and debts collection
- Participate in preparing cost allocation between revenue centers
- Provide clerical support for Accounts Department daily operation
