Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry in ERP system in timely and accuracy and general administrative duties
- Handle spare parts in/out inventory and warehouse management
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for service and laboratory reports
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports for management review
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
- DSE or Form 5 graduate
- 1+ year operation administrative experience is highly preferably
- Proficient in MS Office
- Positive Attitude, well organized and independent to work
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferrable
