What do you need to do?
- Perform Accounting and Administration function to the group
- Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry, cheques preparation, invoice and bank reconciliation
- Responsible to prepare voucher, record accounts payable and accounts receivable and deal with expenses
- Provide administrative, clerical support including data entry, filing, and document management
- Provide a full range of administrative support to ensure smooth business operations
- Assist in ad hoc duties when required
What do you need to have?
- Higher Diploma or above with LCCI qualification
- 1 - 2 years of solid working experience in accounting and office administration
- Proficiency in MS Office application, including Excel & Word
- Good command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
- Knowledge of Peachtree would be an advantage
- Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work independently with can-do spirit
