Our client is HK based real estate company with major developments in PRC. 

 Responsibilities :

• Overall financial management including all accounting and treasury functions in Hong Kong, all statutory and non-statutory reporting for the Group’s non-PRC companies, all taxation and tax planning matters, treasurey, M&A related activities etc.
•  Treasury planning and execution, and cash management for the Group
• Optimize fund flows amongst onshore and offshore entities within the Group.
• Banker's relations and manage the Group's debt structure, offshore loan interest and repayment schedule, and FX and interest rate exposure.
• Project financing, loan administration, M&A 
• Other ad hoc projects

 Requirements:

•  Bachelor degree or above, ACCA Qualified or equivalent
• Big 4 background preferred 
• Financial and treasury experience are necessary, so as background from property developement companies and exposure to projects in PRC
• Written and spoken Chinese and English essential (Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese both)
• Detail-oriented, strong lead leader and problem solver , a good communicator and strong  presentation skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Manager position
